We lost another one of our spiritual and musical gurus. He was the funkiest keyboardist, a killer singer, the coolest dude in the world, and a total badass. He was an inventor of funk and - sheeeeiiiit! When 99% of good funk was made in New Orleans, Art Neville either made it or influenced it. He was Poppa Funk.
