Bucky isn't even jealous of him in a "is he banging the guy I want to bang?" way, it's more of a "my memory is still a little clouded but didn't Steve used to be MY best friend? We used to go out for ice cream together like that... Who's this f*cker taking my place?" way. Basically Bucky being jealous of Sam and Steve's friendship until he finds out Steve's in love with him, not Sam. (cue Bucky trying to rub it in Sam's face but Sam keeps reassuring him that he really, really doesn't care)
