Simply can't resist #porcinirisotto so when you see a bottle of dried porcini at @ryansgrocery_sg you know I am heading for it one hundred percent! That elevated mushroom flavour has a savoury dark chocolatey characteristic that is slightly anchored bitter with a regal earthiness that is the Ferrari of mushroom to the normal Toyota stuff u get at most supermarkets, cooked with a little wined shallots and finished off with a glorious portion of butter and parmesan to elicit that rich salivating look and taste, my fav #risotto yet :))))) #thesilverchefbistro #ryansgrocery (at The Silver Chef Bistro)
