Ingredients: 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks. 1 onion, finely chopped. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 orange, juiced. 1 lime, juiced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. Corn tortillas, for serving.
Instructions: Put the pork pieces in a slow cooker. Ground cumin, chili powder, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, orange juice, lime juice, and chopped cilantro should all be put in a bowl together. Combine well. Put the pork in the slow cooker and pour the spice mix over it. Toss the pork to cover it all over. Put the lid on top and set the heat to low. Cook for 8 hours, or until the pork is soft and can be shred with a fork. Warm up the broiler in your oven. Place the pork on a baking sheet after it's done cooking.
