A good book: I recently read “The Last Lecture” by Randy Pausch and I really enjoyed it. It inspires me in quite a few ways although his personality is very different from mine. Here are a few quotes that lingered on me: 

“We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand.” 

“Luck is where preparation meets opportunity. ” 

“The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don’t want it badly enough. They’re there to stop the other people.”

A good movie: I highly recommend “Our Times” if you haven’t watched it yet. It’s a Taiwanese movie, but I think you can find the English Subbed version on youtube/easily googleable. It’s so cliche but so good?? T_T…
