果亞酸辣咖哩豬 飯是跟藜麥一起下去煮， 多了一點健康， 果亞咖哩的味道聞起來有強烈的香料味， 也看得到明顯的香料， 像是月桂葉、肉桂、羅勒葉， 此外還有洋蔥丁、番茄丁， 雖然是叫酸辣豬肉咖哩， 但是嚐起來整體是偏甜的味道， 帶有微微的辣度跟酸度， 豬肉切成塊狀， 跟著咖哩一起燉煮， 咬起來不但入味， 也一下子就化在口中， 算是在台南或是台南比較少吃到的口味， 是可以來嘗試看看的一家店。 沙拉方面， 我是覺得比較普通一點。 水果種類比較多一點， 但蔬菜就只有美生菜跟小黃瓜， 另外還放了一點爆米香在裡面， 增加不一樣的口感跟香氣， 醬是胡麻醬。 甜點， 選了檸檬塔， 無責任是放在冷凍庫的， 所以其實吃起來是有點像是冰淇淋的口感， 酸度對我來說還可以， 退冰了之後是比較偏水感的， 所以我會覺得要儘快吃， 口感會比較好！ 檸檬香氣也算夠； 塔皮是偏酥鬆的口感， 是用叉子可以切開的硬度， 無責任奶茶（微糖/冰） （台茶8號/鮮奶） 奶味有但是清爽， 不是那種很奶的牛奶味； 茶味明顯但不刺激， 是比較溫和的茶， 整體喝起來是一個清爽口感但不水感的奶茶！ #brunch #tainan #coffeeshop #porkvindaloo #curry #goaindia #spices #lemontart #dessert #irresponsiblemilktea #milktea #light (at 無責任 Irresponsible) https://www.instagram.com/p/B4JN9BjAwaA/?igshid=jijr788llpxn
