Day 7 of the wonderful confident + visible empath retreat from Veronica krestow. 💚

Still enjoying this retreat!!

Today was all about expressing and healing from, through and with your body 🧘‍♀️

Such luminous souls! Really feeling the healing from their energies, their words and their experience ❤️

At some point, while listening to @thepoemdances , I felt like I had to start painting. No previous writing, no prayers, no asking for help, just straight to the paints. 🎨

I grabbed the cherry red and started spreading it in the sort of same way as I feed the last 3 paintings, that shows me that there is a continuous message, a healing 😍

Then I used gold (abundance) white (the light, Source), red (love, passion) , and finally orange (inner fire).

It's funny as lately, I can give my own signification to the colours I use.

I'm not sure yet what this cherry red means for me as it is a new one , exciting ! 🥰

So this painting has some lovely messages and energy for me.
