She was indeed scared – scared about what the society would say; scared about being unjust to her parents; scared to reveal it even to her best friend; scared to break everyone’s trust. She only got more scared by the day, but still she needed it. She needed it so damn badly to keep the fears away from her. It felt so amazingly wonderful when she was doing it that, every time she did it, she forgot that the rest of the world even existed. Every time she got back to her senses, she only got all the more scared, but still she did not feel the need to stop it because she knew it was an easier way to get rid of the pains rather than stopping it and writhing in agony every night. It was the dope – yes – the dope called “writing” that she did every night.
