I need your thoughts! I'm trying to figure out if I should add colour to the roses and moth wings on the right 🤔 This painting has a ton of meaning for me. As well as being a tribute to one of the most inspiring feamale artists that ever lived, it is a link to my older style and love for Mexico and dia de los muertos (the Day of the Dead). Also, I bought the panel she is painted on while I was in Perth in 2016 painting a Frida inspired mural with epic artist @fieldey. If you have been following my work for a while you may recognise the style and may have noticed how my work as flowed and grown over the years. .
