tadc is genuinely such an insane example of fandom misogyny and it honestly baffles me. 4/6 of the main cast (not including caine) are all non men and all have genuinely interesting and compelling characters but i've barely been able to find any discussion on them in the main tadc tags and the episode comment section because people are only focusing on jax. and apparently it's okay for HIM to be angry and lash out by the way– but when ragatha does it she's evil and secretly manipulating everyone!! when the male main character tells pomni he'd essentially forget about her if she died, says he doesn't care about her, and says he gets joy out of making people suffer– it's just because he's repressing his emotions! aka, the exact same thing ragatha is doing! they're both intentionally trying to hide their negative emotions in very different ways. but when SHE gets slightly upset, it's not okay, and it's suddenly a crime for a woman to not be perfect every second. and no it's not misogynistic to like jax or ship him with pomni etc etc but theres definitely some biases in this fandom and i think people should take the time to examine why they think that. anyhow
