POS hour, I used to be super n e g a t i v e but I’m personally learning to be more positive and enjoy stupid things like stars and sunrises and sunsets a lot more because it’s better for my mental health and talk less negatively about my self and it takes a lot of effort but I feel better overall and life’s more fun when you’re happy over small things
