So my younger brother (who has severe autism/Tourette’s syndrome) hugged me today just because he felt like it and that’s never happened before (usually I have to ask for a hug) and it was just a big moment in my life and I just wanted to share it with somebody.

Positive Hours: it’s small but today my cat was extra snuggly which is unusual for her and it made me really happy

Positive hour: I really enjoy playing the piano but haven’t been able to since I moved out of my parents house and it’s been a huge bummer. But our neighbors gave us their piano the other day and I’ve been able to jump back in and I LOVE it and it’s been really good for me. Plus now I get to learn some Taylor songs! ☺️

Pos hour submission: (I sent it a while back but it might have gotten buried in the drama last week) my son won first prize at his international cello competition! We are super proud of him! Before he competed, I gave him a pep talk where I told him to play his truth with the glowing, palpable sincerity of heart of Taylor Swift at Wango Tango. I guess it paid off :)
