push & pull

Hojun could have kissed her if he didn’t think she would bite his tongue off. Kinky, but not exactly his style. He was fond of his tongue. It was one of his best features, or so he had been told. He at least had never had any complaints from the people at the other end of his make out sessions, but Mijung would no doubt react much more badly. Still, he could not help but pick her up and spin her around, exclaiming at her.
“Thank you! Thank you so fucking much!” A positive evaluation in dance. It had been a while since that had happened. Admittedly, it was mostly commenting how he had made so much improvement and implied that there was still some hope for him yet. Ever since he got on the short list he had been flipping out, worrying about what his future was. It had taken 99 Entertainment this side of forever to get another group to debut. This was his only shot, especially if they decided to debut a girl group after this coed group. He would be a senior citizen before he debuted, if ever.
He placed Mijung down before pulling her favorite dessert out of his backpack. How did he know such a thing about her? He supposed after years of spending time with her, training alongside her, he was bound to pick something up. Though he did not care about people, he was good at observing them. Always had been. He just never did much with that knowledge, until recently. He was not particularly manipulative in his past life. No reason to be considering he didn’t give a shit about how he was perceived. But now it was his entire life. Or it would be if he succeeded.
“A deal’s a deal. I am going to help you now,” he said. “Come on, eat it on the way to one of the practice rooms.” He grabbed her hand and pulled her along, giddy. It was a rare moment for him. He just hoped she didn’t bite his head off. “We are gonna make you smile if it kills us.”
