Can you imagine April's emotions if Jackson had responded "No" to her "Do you really want this" question back in 12x11? Knowing that he wanted to be with her, without knowing about the baby. How they would just walk out of the office kinda numb, drive home, talk the next day... "What made you change your mind?" "I remembered."

And then eventually she'd nervously rub her hands like she always does and look down, and with a little voice she'd say "There's something else you need to know..."

[Canon, OS] A tiny glimpse into Jackson and April’s first counseling session back in s12. Idk where this came from :P

She was looking away from me and so was I, yet for some reason her presence was impossible to ignore. I could literally feel her sitting on the couch next to me, even though we weren’t nearly touching. It was as if the air between us was charged with electricity, and it wasn’t -unfortunately- of the thrilling, breath-taking type. Not this time.

The therapist sat on the red, leather love chair in front of us. “Okay. Before we begin, I would like to ask some basic questions about the two of you to have a good image of your relationship. Is that okay?”

I nodded, while April replied “Yes, of course.”  

I glanced at her sitting there. Her legs were crossed and her hands were on her lap, her fingers playing with each other. I sighed. It was good to know that at least I wasn’t the only one that felt nervous about this.

“Alright. So, how long have you two known each other?”

I would DIE to have seen Sarah's reaction back when they told her Jackson would stand up at the wedding. We know Sasse both already knew it was going to happen way before the table read, but I do wonder if they ever talked to each other about it... Like "Did they tell you?" "Tell me... oh. Yep, yeah. Oh no, I can't believe they told you too, you can't keep your mouth shut." "I can- what?! Oh don't you dare laugh, I am perfectly capable of-"

...yeah, I would have loved watching that convo. 😂😂
