I used to love just the idea of having long deep conversations with someone by the sea. Or anywhere actually. But that might be the perfect picture in my imagination. I have had these kind of desires all of my life for people, and they always dissapointed me , terribly. I don't excpect someone to sit with me and really LISTEN TO ME and what I have to say. I think they pretend to be listening, but actually they aren't. They are just waiting for their turn. After all, this is not something to be blamed about, because this is how we are created, I guess. I mean, have you ever seen someone that doesn't wanna hear or talk about themselves? People are in love with themselves. People don't appreciate deep connections, bonds, soulmates , realness, loyalty.. So now, I think I don't even wanna talk to somebody about life anymore, they don't appreciate sh*t. Let alone your honesty.

HELP... I’m lost (figuratively speaking, of course)! [INSERT NAME HERE] said [INSERT NEGATIVE COMMENT] to me, and it entirely caused me to second guess myself and/or feel down. I remember an old friend of mine called someone I dated years ago a “psychic vampire,” and I had to look it up to find that it’s someone feeding off your life force. So many of us have encountered a person (or two) who has caused you to feel sad, frustrated, and/or upset. This can be a family member, friend, coworker, etc. You treat people the way you want to be treated. But, if the person doesn’t stop, you have to consider what capacity you want them in your life. You want to be surrounded by people who motivate you and feel like they have your back. Not someone who is waiting for the right opportunity to put you down. It will affect all aspects of your life. Recently, I had to part ways with toxic family members. At first, I was sad and angry. But now, I feel much better mentally and don’t feel like I have to walk on eggshells. You have to do what is best for you. Have you experienced something like this before? I love me!!! It took me years (over 35 of them) to admit it to myself and another 2 to say it out loud. I am perfectly imperfect and I am learning every day to be ok with it. I get more love, appreciation, respect approval and forgiveness from others when I give it to me first! And The best part is that I need it way less now. I found that I treat other way better when I treat me better. This will be work in progress for as long as I live but I am learning to enjoy it. Surround yourself with positive people that will make it easier for you to love you, that will remind you how important it is and will hold your hand when you need the support. I would love to add more of these people to my circle (they are like good health or happiness, you can never have too much of it).
