bestie!!! hello ❤️ i have so much going on so a positivity post is good for me 🥰

1. my spouse and my partner! both of them are SO good to me and have been supporting me lots when i’m going through it TM

2. fiber crafts, thank god for knitting 🧶 idk what i would do without it tbh!! helping me regulate since the day i learned how to knit honestly lol

3. my dentist lol 🦷 i got some cavities filled (even tho my teeth weren’t in pain) and i just feel much less anxious about my oral health now that it’s taken care of (plus they numbed me up real good i couldn’t feel a damn thing)

4. colors!! i just love colors 🤩 i’m so grateful i get to play around with colors in my daily life (whether that be through drawing or knitting or just being in a space filled with different colors like my home)

5. my dumb younger sibling, i truly love them so much

6. (bonus bc i’m an even number bitch) therapy my god, i finally have an appointment to see a new therapist after my insurance fucked me over and i had to find a new one. idk how i made it this long without therapy but i’m so grateful i get to go back 😚

🐛 i'm going to a little art market with one of my partners on saturday, which i think will be a very cute little date

🐛 i feel like asexuality has been talked about a lot lately, and it makes me feel so seen! i also have access to an ace/aro group therapy via zoom, which is nice to know (hello asexuals and also aromantics 💗 - happy pride 🌈)

🐛 i have an abundance of bean and cheese quesadilla makings, which is my current safe food

🐛 my air conditioner is putting in the work for me this week, thank u god

🐛 i started the bear with a friend, and i'm watching grey's anatomy with one of my partners! thank u hulu!
