Tonight I get to see a Hi Evo movie in theatres finally! Don't know what to expect haha, but I'm feeling giddy :) It's the first time an E7 film is playing at my local cinema! (I saw PFOR once in theatres back in 2009 but had to drove across the border to the US to see it!)

What do you say to the critics of Hi-Evo now that it’s over? Do you think some of them had merit in their criticisms or do you just think they’re salty they didn’t get what they wanted?
I strongly believe that people are valid to feel what they feel so long as it doesn't specifically maliciously target, bring harm to someone, or make others feel bad about liking something. I can certainly see the downfalls of the Hi Evo movies (in all honesty with the story that Hi Evo explored, this would've been a killer TV series imo! :D) but the flaws didn't outweigh the good for me personally.
Would they be movies I'll rewatch as much as the OG show? Nah. But did they put an interesting spin on the series? To me, absolutely.
For the record too, over time I realized I was not much of a fan of HE1. HE2 and 3 really upped my engagement with the movies.
We're back to streaming E7 in Discord today at 2PM EST! Starting on episode 21 and we'll likely end off on episode 27 or 28.

E7 (2005) had its 15th anniversary a few days ago and I hadn't really gotten a chance to post about it so - happy anniversary! 🎉 OG E7 will always be a great little nostalgic go-to show for me. ❤
