Sam kills Emma because he's Dean's only baby(until they have ones of their own together).

And that look Sam gives Dean after he kills her, like he's telling him 'you're mine, don't you dare care about anyone else' and Dean indeed realises what he's done and his face shifts and he goes back to his usual Sammy filled mind.

Sams hands were wrapped around the back of Deans neck as he pulled him close, their lips barely brushing.

"I'm sick of all the other girls Dean, the guys even more"

Grabbing some of Deans hair he pulled making the males head go back to an almost painful level.  Letting his tongue flicker across Deans bottom lip Sam smirked as he whimpered.

"Tell me it's just going to be me from now on and I'll kiss you, let you fuck me into next week"
