While I do mostly yap abt random stuff there will be many triggering topics under this blog as I’m quite ill.. And I don’t have any formal diagnoses but I do experience frequent and drastic mood swings, and I “crash out” a lot. So again ¡TREAD WITH CAUTION!

Hobbies: I do a lot, but I mostly like to play sports, draw, write, bake and cook ^_^

Interests: I like anime, horror games and movies, psychology, mythology, and other things!!

How the fuck are yall getting diagnosed under 18, my doctor said I have traits of bpd but told me I have to wait till I’m 18 to get a proper diagnosis (I’m 17)

trauma is one of those things that follows you forever and stands in the background in your best moments, and holds you during your worst. it never leaves, and it's never cured. no amount of therapy can undo the past, and no amount of healing can undo how you've been fundamentally rewired for life. you just have to work with what you got and be fucking excellent anyway.

Good news:

I’ve figured out the reasons I’m having an emotional breakdown (I think)

Bad news:

I’m full on sobbing right now, and have been throughout the day at the tiniest things

Rán told me during my offering today that I just have allowed myself to go through this and feel my ‘bad’ emotions if I want to feel ‘good’ ones again.

And to remember that this isn’t going to last.
