“This card showed a woman with short-cut orange hair standing in a ruin somewhere, half-sitting, half-leaning against a fallen block. She was dressed in a yellow tank top and calfskin pants and boots, and vambraces of similar make, and looked out with her head slightly bent in an inquisitive fashion. With both hands she clutched a staff, or perhaps a spear, with an oddly shaped head of black metal that glowed with the bright colors of an Elder Sign etched in it. Her expression was half demure, half amused.

Haruka Minimus, now youngest of the Harad line (until Kanna had more children or Shiori gave mom some great-grandkids), loved the great outdoors and had a mind as sharp as her tongue.  Most of us knew not to make much of it, knowing of the kindhearted woman who lived behind her caustic wit, but for those of more sensitive temperaments she was a hard pill to swallow.  And Pyricorn protect you if you got on her bad side... though those who ended up in the sights for her wrath usually deserved it.”
