My account is pretty small so this probably isn’t gonna reach a lot of people but I feel like this is an important PSA to make and I want help spread the message. I’m far from the first person to make a post like this but hey.
As I’m sure most of you are aware, Post+ is a thing now.  users can take any post they want and put it behind a pay wall. I have my own opinions on this let me tell you. however, that’s not the point.
Do not, I repeat, do not monetize your fan fiction. Normally, fanfiction wouldn’t get you into any kind of trouble because you wouldn’t be profiting off of it. However, by monetizing it, it is now copyright infringement which can lead to legal consequences. 
I personally don’t support post+, but I can’t stop anybody from participating in it. Do what you must, I just wanna make sure that no small and unsuspecting creator gets their metaphorical ass handed to them because of this.
