First Friday Afternoon Gym Date
So my friend and I finally went out of first “Gym Date” (not really, we’re not a couple, and never will be. I just like calling them “dates” lol). Got their 30 min early to get a head start on my cardio. I usually spend 1h 30min at the gym, and he only does an hour, so im cool getting there early. We mostly checked out the different weight lifting machines and cracked jokes on how out of shape we are. I did some intense stretching and showed off how flexible I am. I wanted a post-workout selfie with him, but he wasn’t in the mood.
So I’ve officially worked out for 2 hours today if you add my C25K training. I feel amazing! I don’t know why my depression kept me from kicking ass. 💪🏻🏃🏼♀️
