See the thing is, once Ienzo has caved, or has been told he's sick, he tends to just shut down. The boy is so well adjusted that he could have easily continued doing what he was doing if not given the diagnosis. That being said, he might be incoherent in thought process, he could still give somewhat decent instructions through the castle. It was his home for several years.
He makes a little squeak as he's picked up, he covers his face with his hands as his cheeks flush. It was completely up in the air of whether or not it was because he was embarrassed to be picked up or embarrassed by the noise he made... or possibly it was the fever.
"Out the door. Take a right down the hall. Up the stairs one floor. Take a left. Third door on the left." It sounds complicated, but you can't miss the purple door.
