🖤🖤🖤🖤I want to disappear and never return here again🖤🖤🖤🖤
After returning the yukatas, we’ve still got some time to kill before Tomo and I have to head home and the girls have to catch their shinkansen back to Shizuoka (that’s almost a two hour train ride, btw--I still can’t believe they came all the way up here to see me today!). Tomo needs caffeine so we decided to come to this cafe, which is on the same block as the yukata place.
I got a latte and this little custard thing that was amaaaaaaazing.
The girls also helped me put together the purse keychain thingy. Isn’t it cute???? XD
Oh yeah, and they all surprised me with gifts right at the very end. TAT I swear, I think they enjoy seeing me get all emotional! :P Really, though, they’re so sweet! I wish we didn’t live so far away from each other! You know, like, different continents and all.
An expanse of plant and animal life occured known as the “Ediacaran Biota” which saw a development of diverse lifeforms both under the sea and on land. This included the spread of mushrooms on land and early insects exploring the shores.
Risako trying to be sneaky and take a video of everyone. I love how long it took Ayumi and Hana to realize they were being filmed!
The water feels so nice!
Just for your education and enjoyment, here’s a picture of the interesting tourist stuff close to the hotel (pic 1) and the ridiculously long list of rules to obey while you’re at the hotel (pic 2). Some of them really make me wonder about how much tourist stupidity the hotel had to put up with before adding the rule to the list.
Arapi taking the meat out some kind of shellfish for Kei. Blegh.
