Thurn and Taxis by Andreas and Karen Seyfarth is an extremely overlooked and underappreciated game from 2006. The theme about building postal routes across Bavaria is a little dry and probably doesn't do much to help the game see more table time. A step up from the Ticket to Ride series in complexity but still very easy to learn and involves hand management, set collection and route building. Winner of multiple game awards including the Spiel des Jahres, Thurn has interesting choices and mechanisms that still new and fresh today.
