Our floor plan of the week is the "3037 El Condor!"

The first floor boasts a stunning octagonal design with a large partially covered deck, open floor plan into the kitchen, great room, and dining area. Laundry room, mudroom, Master bedroom, and master bathroom.

A large loft area looks down into the great room with 4 x bedrooms and 2 x full bathrooms.
