I've had this casting from the Animated Batman series for a while and could never figure out what to do with it. Was going to make is a hi-tech Mishkin build, but things took a bit of a left turn. Ended up being an Anti-Batmobile build?

The Survivor Slayer is a hardened outcast predator, who hunts the remaining survivor colonies for prey & sport in the wasteland cities of the apocalypse. Adorning himself with armour from his victims, he is a skilled killer who has an arsenal of weapons at his disposal.
