Went back to the pt clinic today. I was welcomed back with open arms. I would like to say I'm glad to be back because it's physical therapy and it's what I want to do with my life, but I'm glad to be back because of the awesome people I get to be around and learn from. Everyone there has been nothing but supportive I've done since I started volunteering there. I think it's more important to do things with people you love and love you back than to do the things you love. Then how great of a situation would it be to do the things you love with the people you love. Side note kind of funny that I saw a little segment on The Doctors about people who have best friends at work have the best outlooks on life. Anyway after the clinic I went to the gym for some good old fashioned deadlifts. I warmed up with plate for 5, 185 for 5, and 2plate for 5. I progressed to 345 for 1. Pretty good day at le gym to say the least. Then I went home and took a fat nap. Woke up, ate, did some gre stuff. Played league with fizz. And I also finished a storm of swords, fuckin finally. All in all a bretty guy day.
