how do i stop my links from redirecting to chrome/google? AS THE OP
is this just something that doesn't have a fix yet or does it depend on what device you're originally posting from (i mainly use mobile)
ive been trying to find a solution for a while, but all reddit tells me is the reader (you guys) can go to your device settings and disable redirecting from links

-I changed my mind about my gift list, I want to add something, what do I do? You can re-do your entry and we will delete the earlier version of any duplicate entries, or you send us an ask (off anon if you want an answer back) to change something (only minor changes using this method, please).

-I added my fic to the Ao3 collection, but I can’t see it? The collection is currently set to ‘unrevealed’, so works can be added but won’t be visible before reveal day, so it’s all a surprise.
-I want to image-describe my art, but I’ve never done that before? The excellent @fearforthestorm has volunteered to help people write image-descriptions, as long as that isn’t everyone calling them up on the final day before posting. Image-descriptions are not required, but helps to make Tumblr (and the gift exchange) accessible to more people, so it’s a lovely thing to do.
-I need to contact my recipient, but they have anon off! What do I do? Talk to us, we’ll contact them for you.
- I didn’t save my assignment message and now I’ve forgotten my assignment, what now? Get in contact with us, we’ll resend it.
-I can't finish my gift by the deadline, what do I do? You have two options. Option one is to consider if you can still finish it by a couple days or a week or so later, and ask the mods if you can get an extension. We will check with your recipient to see if it's okay to extend your deadline. Option two is to drop entirely, in which case you tell a mod, and we will assign your gift to a pinch-hitter so your recipient still gets something. In both cases, the important thing is that you get in contact with a mod ( @antimony-medusa or @droidofmay ) as soon as possible to figure out a plan.

Adding a Work to an Ao3 Collection: a somewhat scuffed tutorial.
So you have written a fic for the gift exchange, and you want to add it to the collection (here), but you have never done that before. How do you add a collection to a work?
First of all, on your editing page, scroll down to the “associations” section, and look for the “Post to Collections / Challenges” field.
(Ignore my open assignment, that’s for another exchange I’m doing.)
In the “Post to Collections / Challenges” field, you start typing the name of the collection, namely “MCYTBLR AU Fest Summer 2022″.
Just typing in MCYTBLR should bring up the collection in the Autocomplete field, just select the Summer AU Fest.
If you know your recipient’s Ao3, you can also add it into the “Gift” field and they should get an email about it. (This is very much optional, especially as a bunch of people don’t have their Ao3 listed on their blogs.)
Then just post as per normal, and you’re in! You are part of the Collection.
Note that currently the collection is both Unrevealed and Moderated. Right now everything submitted is hidden, as a) the mods need to approve it, and b) we won’t be revealing the collection until the 15th. Everything in there is secret, right now. If you have already submitted, we won’t be adding anything to the collection that is still marked as “Draft”, but if it’s not a draft your work has been added and is just hiding in there and waiting.

Just wanted to clarify, the deadline for your gifts/posting day is not until JULY 15th, next month. You have a lot more time to create! We will be making some countdown posts with the amount of days left, but you have about 30 days left to go, you’ve got a lot of time.
