Thank you for the good vibes and love, I need them!! To be completely honest I tried - I found her Facebook but her photos were private. I actually did this before I even got the dress back, because I was pretty certain that she had just wanted to wear the dress and return it. And then when I took it out of the package this morning it smelled like this weird musky perfume and had a curly hair caught in the sleeve. So, yep.

That sucks so much :( online selling can be really stressful and leaves lots of room for people to take advantage. Is there any way you can contact etsy and ask about policies or is it too late as you’ve already refunded her?

I thought about it, but there's no way I can prove it since Etsy can't exactly check that it smells like perfume and I don't have any picture proof. I have in my own policies that I don't take refunds unless the piece is grossly misrepresented. She lied and said that it was, though it was literally in the exact condition I stated it was. I've looked on the forums and stuff and the general consensus seems to be that if you have a shitty customer just roll over and do what they say and don't say anything about it. God I hope she doesn't give me a bad review anyway. God I hope she just LEAVES ME ALONE.
