Sherlock had come in rather early. She had worked back on Baker Street through the night. But she needed a lab and more importantly a morgue for the final stages of her work. And she was getting rather close to the conclusion as well. Of course she needed some practical tests but she hoped to be doing those soon. One quick look on her watch told her exactly how much longer she'd have to wait. And indeed exactly 37 minutes later one pathologist walked into the lab she had been working in for hours. She looked up from the microscope and did her best to give a somewhat charming smile. It was far easier to get what she wanted that way. "Ah Milo" she spoke, it was as good a greeting as any. And more then she gave on a normal day.
