New regimen postponed
Just a quick update. Due to the dreadful GI Bug that has spread through our home, Judah's counts were low and he was severely dehydrated when we went to clinic Monday. This, coupled with the difficulty in finding the Procarbazine (1 of the 4 drugs in TPCV) AND finding a pharmacy capable of compounding it for him, Dr. Spiller decided to postpone his start date until next Monday. Dr. Esbenshade at Vanderbilt agreed it was best to wait since Judah has been sick and said as long as we started no later than Monday he wouldn't be too worried.
We have an MRI scheduled in 2wks so we will have a better tumor update then.
He received a bag of fluids before we left and seems to be feeling better than he was. He even had a semi-solid poop this afternoon! Sorry for the over share but it's the first 1 in 5 days so we are celebrating!!!
