This is an embarrassing photo progression of me, but I wanted to show what can happen with only O E WEEK of #consistencyandpersistency in achieving your #goals through keeping the promises you make to yourself. I quit drinking alcohol, made a schedule of bed at 9, up at 4:30 #everyday, not just weekdays, do my cardio every morning for at least 40 minutes (I change wheel line irrigation on a farm, so it’s not boring) weight train 5 days a week and remember to get my macros in every day. If I’m low on carbs, I don’t care as long as I got my #postworkoutglucose in the form of #ignition by @1stphorm with Loop d Fruit #phormula1 #proteinshake I am not eating and training for fat loss, but size gain and decomposition. As you can see, just being consistent with the above already has visual benefits and it’s only been a week! Just remember to #neversettle and don’t break promises to yourself. (at Montana)
