Sometimes we feel trapped in our lives be it our job, our family or for my wife cancer. If we let the invisible wall of doubt, fear and despair keep us from learning from our experiences then we will not fully grow and be stronger for it. Some people have Faith, others it is their family or friends. You just have to remember someone is behind you and has your back. I am the stone that anchors me in the stream of life I can give up and float downstream to uncertainty or stay strong against the current, if there are many stones in a stream held together with kindness and love then the water has only one option it will flow around it. This is the same in life, if we connect with others with kindness and understanding then dispear, depression and hate can not touch us but must flow around us. We are all going through things in our lives, yet people do not know or do not understand and yet they still judge us.
