Remember, I Am Here For You|RUOK?

This is a little overdue, I know (not by long, thankfully) but it’s still something I wanted to post. I wanted to let you all know, I am here for you. I am more than just a content creator and a hypnotist on Tumblr. I’m also a friend, a shoulder to cry on and someone who’ll listen.  If you’re ever feeling alone, or the world’s against you, come talk to me. I’m not as active on Tumblr as I used to be, and I do wish to change that, but feel free to message me if you need someone to talk to. I may not always respond right away, but I will respond. It’s important to know you’re not alone. If I can help it, you’ll never be alone. You’ll always have a voice, you’ll always be heard, and I will be here to listen to whatever burden is on your shoulders. I understand the pain, I get what it’s like to climb up a stairwell that’s falling apart and crumbling down any moment you move. So, if you need to, talk to me. Let yourself know you have a voice that will be heard. I will make sure of it. Never be afraid to reach out to those that care about you, or the people you care about. It’s that one question that can make so much of a difference, or even save someone’s life. But even then, sometimes you need to sit and ask yourself ‘am I okay?’ You may have forgotten, so I’ll ask you... Are you okay?

It's R U OK day in Australia.

For those who don't know, the 10th of September is a day dedicated to mental health though conversations with the people you care about. It is referred to as a "national day of action and support"

With 2020... doing what it has been doing to a lot of people, I think it's important to spread this kind of message. To everyone who sees this post, I'd like to ask;

Are You Okay?

And the thing is, it's okay to answer "no". And if you do, even just to yourself silently while you're reading this, you're probably not the only one.

I encourage everyone to talk to the people closest to them today. About your own mental health and theirs. And if you don't feel comfortable talking to people you know in person, you're welcome to chat with me. I'm not a professional, and I probably can't help, but that's how I interpret today; We should all be trying to help each other, however we can.
