With a tasty mix of garlic and rosemary, these roast potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It goes well with any meal as a side dish.
Ingredients: 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters. 1/4 cup olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Add olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Toss the potatoes so that they are evenly covered. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Put the food in an oven that has already been heated for 35 to 45 minutes, or until it is golden brown and crispy. Flip it over halfway through cooking.
