Aaaaand again. But different. Someone asked on my last post, how did I make my vegan, gluten free gravy. Well here ya go... first sauté onion and jalapeño in coconut oil in a pot... then add chopped mushrooms, and garlic (lots) 😊... sauté till soft. Then I added savoury herbs like thyme, Sage, Rosemary, and basil as well as a curry masala. Then some miso broth I made before in a 4 cup measuring cup. Then added more water ( about a cup) - get it hot... then I added 2 tablespoons of arrowroot starch whisked in cold water, and poured into the pot. Stir to thicken. The extra green topping is cilantro, shallot and dried unsweetened coconut blended in food processor with lime and jalapeño and salt.
