On another note, I don't understand people who were bitching about anyone who was able to get the extra unemployment benefits during the pandemic... I dunno about other states, but NC has made it such a gigantic fucking shitshow to even try to apply for unemployment that it's fucking insane anyone actually manages to get any at all from this state. I've spent 2 weeks just attempting to confirm my goddamn identity because NC is full of bullshit about what can and cannot be used as an ID... Also, God forbid your driver's license is expired and you're stuck waiting over a month for your replacement in the mail.
I fuckin swear to God, this is ridiculous. But I'm not gonna cave and take the first job I can get, I gotta have more respect for myself. No retail, no food service. Shit ain't that bad, yet. Who knows, maybe I can finally make a good attempt at this apprenticeship thing at school... Speaking of, class starts next week. Hooray I'm subjecting myself to Calculus I again... Because it's online and seeing the fucking 'F' on my GPA has been driving me insane. Satan help me and my idiot tendencies...
