Potato Scallops Potato( 3 potato sliced) Butter ( about an inch) Flour (about 3tbsp) Half and half( or milk) ( about 1cup or more) Salt n pepper Paprika powder Mozzarella and cheddar cheese Make white sauce : Melt butter in medium heat pan. Add flour and whisk. Starts bubble up little and add Half n half little by little and whisk. Add salt and pepper ( seasoned really good cuz this sauce make this potato scallops taste good! If you want you can use Garlic salt as well.) Add the all half n half and make nice little thick white sauce. (Don't burn the sauce ! Keep mixing and after done, turn heat or make it simmer ) On baking dish, lay all sliced potato (whatever way you like) Add white sauce and sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese and paprika . Bake it for an hour (350F) Tadaaaaaaa! It's a great side dish ! Can go with steak or any kinda seafood:)
