Shoyu Chicken 4 Chicken Thigh with skin 1/2 cup Shoyu 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 garlic cloves ( chopped) Heat up pot really hot. (I use stainless pot) when it's really hot, you drop water and it will run inside of pot like water ball.. Place chicken thigh (Skin at the bottom) and put the lids on . Cook for 5min ( with medium heat) When you open the lid, there is lots of juice come out from skin, put garlic in and cook some more ( still skin down, nice and crispy by now) Open lid, flip the chicken and put brown sugar, shoyu and water. Cook medium low for hours( flip them every once a while. Tadaa! Nice sweet Shoyu Chicken!( meat should come out really nice from bone! And if you don't like skin, you can just peel it off before serving. )
