I just noticed a couple in my Activities, wondered why they were identical and put the URL into Google.
Bang, 40 results, all Tumblr.

It’s almost certainly spam and may be actively malicious.

if anyone is moots with @/onetwothreefor I believe they were hacked(I could be wrong). Her last comment on my intro post was a bit strange and matches with some signs I see of hacked accounts.
