Villain loses their memories and is given a second chance by the heroes to live an honest life, however the villain themselves, upon learning what they did and who they were, thinks otherwise.
They become determined to restore their memories so that the person they were can face the punishment they deserve and those that suffered because of them can be given justice.
Is this the right thing to do? Will they succeed? How do other characters react to this? And how far are they willing to go to make their past self pay for their crimes?
