About three-quarters done with "Steve Rogers and the Guardians of the Tomb" -- a vaguely-Mummy-inspired Stony period adventure AU fic that has pretty much eaten my brain over the last two weeks. It fills my @happystevebingo Museum square combined with the @fictober-event prompt "Secrets? I love secrets!" @ameliacrowley suggested combining the two - thanks so much, hon! I did some tinkering so it also fills the November @tonystarkbingo 004 card Full Moon square. It will be a three-chapter fic with an epilogue that may or may not be its own chapter. The fic is sitting at 4731 words at the moment, and I’m planning on posting Chapter 1 this Friday. Last Line: Their guard had pushed the scarves away from his face and held out a set of dog tags.
Now that I finished one long-languishing published WIP, I should get back to Torn by What We've Done and Can't Undo - this is a combo fill for Round 2 of the @tonystarkbingo and @buckybarnesbingo that I left on a bit of a cliffhanger. Chapter 5 is sitting at 776 words; hopefully I can wrap up the story with this and maybe make it fit my BBB Hurt/Comfort square to boot. Last Line: He briskly clapped his hands on his thighs and stood, waiting for Bucky to get to his feet.
I have an idea for The "Cold Nights" TSB Flash Bingo 004 card - plus my IronHusbands Date Night square but am not sure I can stretch it to meet both minimums (800 words total) unless I do flashbacks or something. :: ponders ::
The Bucky/Carol collab is still In Process - @blurockets is taking the lead and we’re into Chapter 4 - hoping to get this in good enough shape to start posting sometime this month.
