Yeza had called up to Veth from the basement, telling her he had a surprise for her and not to come down. To wait in the kitchen for him to come up. He hoped his voice hadn’t given him away, since the potion he had drank had taken effect a while ago and it took him at least an hour to be sure that nothing would backfire and that he’d safely made it right.
He was worried, but he climbed the steps up anyway, unsure how he felt about it and if Veth would even like it. He’d been curious about it when he saw it in one of his new books, is the thing, so he wanted to try and make the potion and see if it altered his form like it’s description claimed. It had, he certainly looked like a woman, but he didn’t have confidence that Veth wouldn’t think his interest was weird.
He entered the kitchen and clasped his hands in front of him, shifting from foot to foot awkwardly as he looked at Veth in a chair, faced away from him, “You can turn and look now.”
