I've been really back into Starkid recently and it's taken me on a rabbit hole. Now I'm watching Starkid reenact Love Never Dies to the best of their ability. My interests are a circle and I am ouroboros.

Hey it's been a second. Time to reblog a whole bunch of phantom art like a rabid dog foaming at the mouth
Fun fact!
I am a haunted person.
I first watched House of Wax (1953) as a Phantom-loving teen because I knew it had a disfigured guy. Watching it now as an adult, I can truly appreciate the Erik/Mannequin-ness of it. Imagine if Erik/Mannequin came before Erik/Christine. 15/10 no notes.

story time! idk if I mentioned it but I had minor brain surgery in April 2023 to remove what turned out to be a rathke's cyst that was pressing on my optic nerve that was found a year before by ct/mri scans that I got because I managed to give myself a minor concussion while skating. I say minor brain surgery because my head was not cut open, the surgeons stuck things up my nose to get it out. stayed several days in the hospital and went home either the second to last or the last day that Phantom of the Opera played on Broadway. my friend @from-aldebaran sent me flowers with my favourite Phantom (Sir Franc D'Ambrosio) on the vase <3
"Who had been able to bind the lamb to the wolf and, still more incomprehensible, attach the wolf to the lamb? For the wolf loved the lamb, the savage being adored the frail being, since during nine years the angel had had the monster for support."
- Les Misérables, 1862
