P: Why I hate school

(this is the perfect question that I happened to get ok listen up yall cuz this is it)

I can deal with going to school for 7 hours. But once I get homework afterwards, that's taking away my free time and time to live and develop as a member of society. Do you know how many hours of homework I had in three days? 14. I was mostly on task the entire time too. I wake up at 6:30 and go to school at 8:30, then I get home at 4 and immediately start working. I work until 6, when I take an hour to eat. Then I’m done by 9 if I’m doing good on time. And if I want an appropriate amount of sleep for my age, I need to go to sleep immediately. That’s no fuckin free time. I have to dedicate my life to studying. And I don’t really want to do that. I want time to work on socializing and time to volunteer at the pet shelter. This isn’t healthy.And then of course there’s the problem that we all learn differently. I don’t focus well, I get too anxious to speak publicly and take tests. Like yeah I get that most people are. But my severe anxiety nearly causes me to panic when faced with that and then the room spins and I can hardly keep track of what I’m saying. Yeah I have medicine and go to therapy but does that help? Not with tests and presentations. And I’m graded the same way that someone who isn’t afraid of public speaking is. I have many setbacks, and I hate that I can’t have any help because it’s not visible. I do still try and I don’t want to be babied, but I wish it wasn’t so hard.I’m forced to do physical education and I think that’s totally unfair. Sex and drug education I get. But making me work out for an hour/hour and a half during school? Why not let me go home early and exercise in the way that is best for my body and how I want?Plus I don’t think the teachers are paid enough. Some wrestling star should not be paid a ton because they can act and throw people around. Teachers do the coolest shit like holy fuck you couldn’t do anything without them so why not pay them a ton?
