idiot unimaginative tv food host: “what even IS one canadian dish? i just can’t think of any! and no one else can either.”
me, screaming at the tv: “POUTINE YOU ABSOLUTE FUCK”
Would you eat sunflower seeds if they were combined with poultine fries?
Oh my sweet precursors, yes, bring me all the sunflower seeds and poutine. I love them both, my Canadian blood is gravy and cheese curds. My bones are sunflower seeds
Here’s the thing about French... I don’t think it sounds sexy
I grew up with it being part of my Canadian culture. I’ve heard be spoken a lot. It sounds like they’ve got a head cold and I don’t understand why people think it’s hot.
Also just because something has a French name doesn’t make it fancy...... poutine!
