You can fuel your day with these Cashew Coconut Energy Balls. They taste great and give you energy when you need it most because they're full of healthy things like cashews, coconut, and dates.
Ingredients: 1 cup cashews. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1/2 cup dates, pitted. 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Cashews, dates, shredded coconut, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt should all be put in a food processor. Process the mixture until it is well mixed and forms a ball when you press it between your fingers. Roll the mixture into about 1-teaspoon-sized balls with your hands. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to make it firm. Energy balls can be kept in the fridge for up to a week in a container that doesn't let air in.

These Paleo chocolate power balls are perfect for a quick energy boost or a satisfying sweet treat. Packed with nuts and dates, they are rich in fiber and healthy fats.
Ingredients: 1 cup almonds. 1 cup pitted dates. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons almond butter. 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Pinch of sea salt.
Instructions: Pulse almonds in food processor until finely ground. Place the dates in the food processor along with the cocoa powder, almond butter, coconut oil, and sea salt. Process until mixture forms a sticky dough and comes together. Roll the dough into tiny balls with a diameter of about an inch using your hands. Transfer the balls to a parchment paper-lined plate or baking sheet. To firm up, refrigerate for a minimum of half an hour. For up to a week, keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
