Mac OS X 10.5.9! An update to ‘Leopard’ from z970 and the good folk at @macintoshgarden. OS X 10.5 was originally released in October 2007, now has been updated after 14 years! To those of us still using our much-loved PPC G4 PowerBooks and iMacs, it is wonderful to be able to extend their usefulness further; Mail, iTunes, iPhoto and web-browsing (using InterWebPPC) all still function well and the ‘new’ Sorbet Leopard is stable and fast, especially if the Utility Scripts included are run. Got my PowerBook G4 out for #MARCHintosh. I was going to use to make sure I have all my old miniDV tapes backed up but I discovered the trackpad is dead.
