  The ship really looks awful and he’s immediately skeptical that it can get him as far as he needs to go.  His own little skimmer is already out of fuel so it’s not like he has a choice.  Whoever the person is, they spoke english.  Chances were there were humans on board, humans that could get him back to Earth.  Arm jolts when he hesitates reaching for the com.  “KZ-920, by order of the Galra empire, you are to turn over your vessel.”

“Thanks, that’s real reassuring.”  He’s not entirely listening to her.  It’s hard to mess with the arm when it keeps shocking him and making it hard to pry anything open.  “What the fuck do you think I’m trying to prevent?”  Not that he has a lot of faith in the attempt.  It would’ve been easier just to get the stupid lion, except no one mentioned a barrier with no way through.  Hence he’s glaring at the giant mechanical thing while trying to avoid possible cardiac arrest.  “I’m all ears if you have any other ideas.”
